You’ll receive:
Kick-off planning meeting (up to 2 hours) to review every detail of your day
Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors & key people
Vendor confirmation & coordination starting 2 weeks prior
Ceremony & reception setup oversight (decor, signage, seating, guest flow)
8 hours of professional on-site coordination
Management of all vendors, schedules, and behind-the-scenes details
Discreet problem-solving for any surprises so you never know they happened
End-of-night wrap-up for a smooth departure
The Signature Experience – $3,800
For couples who want a hands-on professional ensuring every moving part clicks perfectly. This is ideal if you want extra guidance and more time by your side to make your day a seamless, joy-filled experience from start to finish.
You’ll receive everything in The Essentials, plus:
Two in-person planning meetings prior to the big day (timeline review + venue walk-through)
Full wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage from morning prep to the last dance
Coordinating your wedding party & ceremony cues so everyone is where they should be
Transportation logistics management for the wedding party & VIP guests
End-of-night assistance for gifts, décor, and personal belongings
On-site assistant for extra hands & eyes where you need them most
The Luxe Coordination – $5,000
For couples who want complete peace of mind and a concierge-level coordination experience.
From the moment you book, I become your right-hand partner — managing, organizing, and fine-tuning every moving part so your only job is to soak in every beautiful moment.
You’ll receive everything in The Signature Experience, plus:
Unlimited communication from booking to your wedding day
Vendor management starting 4 weeks prior (calls, confirmations, scheduling)
Attendance at up to 3 vendor meetings (florist, caterer, DJ, etc.)
Assistance with seating chart, floor plan, and guest flow
Bridal emergency kit on hand with everything from sewing kits to snacks
VIP guest assistance to ensure your most important people are looked after
Post-wedding follow-up with vendors for returns, pickups, or last details
Two on-site assistants for a true white-glove experience
